Last night I woke up at around 2:00 a.m. with a terrible headache. I took one of my pills and did not get back to sleep until around 4:00 a.m. This was the first headache I've had in quite some time something like 3 weeks.

July 30

No headache today. I do have an appointment with the headache clinic on Thursday, while there is no headache today I do feel that I could be on the verge of one, neck is stiff so I am hoping that it works its way out during the day.

July 29

No headache today and no sharp pains last night. I do think I need to make an appointment with the headache clinic to talk about those sharp pains.

July 28

Last night I had a few sharp pains in the side of my head, this seems to be a new pattern for me. I'm not sure if this is good or not, I will have to ask my doctor about it. They went away as quickly as they came though which I hope is good.

July 27

The short sharp pains I had yesterday amounted to nothing. Even though my head does not hurt I am still experiencing stiffness in my neck and shoulders. I hope to focus on that next.

July 26

I woke up this morning with the smallest twinge of a headache and my neck feeling stiff. Last night I had a few sudden pains that went as quickly as they arrived. Hopefully this will not become a bad day.

July 25

No headache today, they seem to be easily managed now with the prescription I take daily.

July 24

No headache today, this is becoming my new normal tomorrow will be 3 weeks I think since I've had to have injections for my migraines, at this point I am managing the migraines with my prescription.

July 23

No headache today. Yesterday I did have a few sharp pains that did not amount to anything.

July 22

No headache today, looking forward to good day, the weather looks like it will great today.

July 21

No headache today I did feel as though I was getting one last night however it went away. Today looks to be a lazy day just doing some laundry now I might go out later, not sure.

July 20

Feeling as though a headache is coming on. I've taken my pill for the morning and I am hoping that takes care of it.

No headache today. I am hoping for a break in the heat it has been oppressive of late.

July 18

No headache today, though through the night I did wake up with some twinges of pain however they were not so bad and did not effect me too greatly.

No headache today, I like the way this is going.

No headache this morning. Looking forward to a headache free week.

Another day with no sign of a headache. This is good.

No headache today, I've eaten and had my daily prescription so hopefully it should be a good one.

No headache this morning or last night. Looking forward to a busy day, but not too busy.

Yesterday I cancelled my appointment with the migraine specialist. I also picked up my prescription and would like to be able to manage the headaches with the prescription alone.

July 11

No headache for over a week now. I do have an appointment today but may see about cancelling it as my doctor and I would like to stretch the time between injections.

July 10

No headache today, last night I went to see World War Z, I did not realize that it was in 3D which normally would give me a headache but everything is fine. Tonight I have a meeting to go to so hopefully it will stay this way.

July 8

No headache today I'm not sure what today will bring but I'm looking forward to it.

July 6-7

Even though it has been a stressful weekend I have not had a headache at all even with the active weather today. Hopefully I can cancel my migraine appointment on Thursday.

July 5

No headache today, I had an appointment yesterday with my migraine doctor. I have another next week on Thursday however I am hopeful that I can cancel that one.

July 4

No headache this morning. I have an appointment this evening with my migraine doctor for more nerve block injections.

July 1-3

Had a headache on the second that came out of nowhere and was really bad, today is much better.
