It is 4:00 AM I woke up about a half hour ago and the migraine was worse than when I went to bed. I have taken a shower and now I'm sitting with a heating pad in the dark, I hope this helps.

The thunder woke me this morning, it is raining steadily in my area right now, as a result I have a migraine. I hope that I can deal with it and get it under control soon. I am going to take it as easy as I can today.

No headache today, not sure whats going to happen but at least there is that fact, hopefully it will stay this way.

No headache yet today but I do feel tired. So I am just taking it easy today.

No headache today, the rain we were supposed to get yesterday never happened. It looks like it passed my area completely. Today should be a good day.

I woke up this morning with a stiff neck, it is going to rain today hoping it does not turn into a headache.

No headache this weekend, I was so busy with an illustration yesterday that I did not remember to  post. I'm not sure what I'm up to today however I am glad it is starting like this.

No headache today, I'm not sure what today will bring but it looks like it will be a great day.

No headache today, had a busy day yesterday with a meeting last night. I'm hoping it will be a good day.

No headache today waking up I'm a bit tired. I have a meeting tonight and am looking forward to a good day.

I had a good day yesterday at the migraine doctor, and had a good meet up with some friends after. No headache today.

August 12

No headache today, it should a busy one. I've got the appointment with the migraine doctor then I am going to meet a couple of friends to plan an event.

Aug 11

It was a busy day today, left the house early to meet up with the family for a round of golf, after that I ended up at the Taste of the Danforth festival. I just made it home, through all of this my head was fine. Tomorrow is another migraine appointment.

August 10

No headache today though my shoulders and neck are very tight. Hopefully that will dissipate as the day goes on though I doubt it.

August 9

No headache today, but I do feel a bit tired. I thought I slept well last night so I'm not sure what that means.

August 8

No headache today, it sounds strange but I'm looking forward to the doctors appointment on Monday.

No headache today, I did make an appointment with the migraine specialist for next Monday due to the headaches from last week. I think I need to continue with the injections at least every 2-4 weeks.

No headache this morning though I did not sleep well. Hopefully it will be a good day.

No headache on this Simcoe Day, I did forget to do this earlier. At any rate I hope my day continues without incident.

The headache that has been around for the past few seems to have finally left, hopefully for good. looking forward to a pain free day.

I did not sleep well last night as the headache was still there. I finally got to sleep at about 3 am. Waking up again I've found it was not as bad that is until I smashed my head into the kitchen cabinet. Hopefully it will go away again soon.

Well the headache is still here, though it's not very bad still I seem not to be able to shake this one.

Woke up this morning with another headache. I've eaten taken my pills and had a shower, hopefully I can get rid of this one quickly.
