I did not have a headache this morning though tonight I have a wee bit of one. I have eaten and taken some pills and I hope that takes care of it.

September 29

No headache today. Yesterday afternoon my head started hurting no matter what I did I could not shake it. I got to sleep and this morning I feel much better.

September 28

No headache today, looking forward to a busy day. I have loads of things to get done today.

It was a stressful day at work yesterday, though I did not get a headache, hopefully today won't be as stressful. I do hope there is not headache today.

No headache today, hopefully it will be a good day, it will be a busy day I hope everything is good throughout the day. I do still have a bit if a cold.

No headaches sorry I did not post yesterday, I meant to when I got home, however had a late night helping a friend. I woke up this morning feeling great. Hoping it will be a good day.

September 22

No headache today, it looks like the rain we had yesterday is long gone. Last night coming home I did have a severe sharp pain in my head it only lasted a few minutes, but after that I did not feel right for a while. Good news is I'm feeling fine now.

September 21

No headache today though we have had rain all night and into this morning. Looking forward to a busy day and hope my head stays clear.

No headache today, yesterday afternoon was an appointment with the headache doctor, and we both think I am progressing well. So that is a good sign.

No headache today, though last night I was not feeling that great. Today I have an appointment with the headache and pain clinic.

No headache today, I have an appointment tomorrow at the headache and pain clinic. I hope that helps my recent bout with headaches. The good news is they are not as bad as they were. There really is a difference from a few months ago.

Feel good this morning, I called the headache and pain clinic yesterday, but had to leave a message so will call them again this morning to set up an appointment hopefully for Thursday.

No headache today, it was a good day, looking forward to more days like this.

Not feeling 100% today. Not sure whats going on I felt fine yesterday morning but was dealing with a headache all day yesterday. I still feel pretty bad. I need to schedule an appointment with my doctor soon.

Feeling great today, no headache in sight, really doing well these days. I am off my prescription as they wanted me off the medication. Also I have not had to get any injections for some time.

Sept 13

No headache this morning, I did end up with little one last night I think it was caused by the weather we had some thunderstorms move through the area.

No headache this morning, it is raining right now but not a hard rain. I hope that doesn't effect me though I think if it were going to it would have already.

No headache today, it should be a good day, last night I had the start of something but it went away fairly quickly, I just hope it says away.

No headache today, it should be an interesting day it is pretty busy at work right now. I just want to stay headache free.

No headache this morning, all in all it was a good weekend and today is Labour Day so I am looking forward to a nice relaxing day off.

September 1

No headache today, I am tired though. Went to the CNE yesterday with a friend and spent the day outside. Had a great time, watched some of the airshow, went on a few rides the Polar Express is a classic that must be ridden every time I find myself there. I am seeing a definite pattern here though I am not getting as many headaches, it is nice to be feeling the benefits of all the work my doctor has been doing on them.
