I have had a migraine for 3 days now. I went in for injections that helped for a few hours but it came back. I hope I can sleep it off. Rain has started here so hopefully that will help.

My head has started to hurt pretty badly this afternoon. I have taken something for it and hope it goes away soon.

I woke up today with a very stiff and sore neck. I think I am having troubles with my pillow. I think I may need to look at that. Sitting here with a heating pad on my neck.

April 14

It is going up to 20° c and tomorrow it is going down to -1. I feel that I am on the verge of a major migraine. My head has that all to familiar feeling of being made of rock.

March 21

Another headache today, I got my prescription the other day. It is pretty bad right now, I've eaten and taken my pills. I hope it goes away but I can feel my jaw tightening on me even though I am trying to watch it.

Yesterday I was at my doctor's for my nerve block injections. I had a strange headache that was just on the top of my head. I talked to the doctor about it, and he said this happens when you have the injections, that where I was getting the pain is a spot where two muscles meet on top of the head. I think next time I will get him to do even more injections to combat it.

I have a bit of a headache, I took something for it but I think I may have got it from drinking tea of all things. Now years ago I gave up on coffee but could still drink tea, I certainly hope this hasn't changed.

I have not posted lately because I've been doing pretty well. However over the last 4 days I've been dealing with a stubborn migraine that just won't leave. I think I'm finally coming out of it after taking a few pills this morning. Hopefully it doesn't come back the past few days I've had a few moments that were pain free so I'm hoping this is the end of it.
