It was suggested that I list some of my triggers I thought it was a good idea so here are the triggers I can think of at the moment:
Chocolate-This one is so bad even the smell can give me a migraine.
Shellfish-One shrimp is enough to bring on a migraine.
Orange Juice-This one is strange I never realized it my wife figured it out.
Perfume-I would prefer a scent free world and really hate the fact that Shoppers Drug Mart makes you walk through the perfume section when you go in the front door.
Milk-This one will effect me if I have too much.
As for weather when a storm is coming in I am almost sure to have a migraine. So off the top of my head right now those are my triggers. If you suffer migraines please add your triggers to the comments section, I think it would be great to have a detailed list of the triggers that people have discovered.
Don't forget missing a meal. The body likes to have routine.
